How to Install Quick Release Pins:
-Very Quick to Install and Remove without any tools needed, simply pull and slide Quick Release Lever with your Fingers.
-Ideal for Bands and Straps that have a Quick Release Pin Slot.
-Specially designed short lever to avoid discomfort and scratching against the skin.

How to Install Spring Bar Pins:
-Insert the Pin into one of the Band Holes.
-Since the Pin is with a spring , then you can use the Fork side of the tool to compress the pin and guide it towards the hole of the adapter will lock into position.
-To Remove do the step in reverse.
